Kevin, we would like to complement you and your team on an outstanding job restoring our tennis court to ‘better than new status’. As you know, we had experienced significant damage to our sport court when a neighbors large tree fell destroying portions of the court and fencing. It’s a sick feeling when your property is damaged and you are unsure how to process through insurance agents and claims. The fact of the matter is that insurance always seeks low level reimbursement. You have to know how to talk to insurance agents in a way to maximize reimbursement. I don’t know that ‘speak’. But you and your team do! Giving you the authority to be our agent with the insurance company was a very smartest decision on our part. It was painless on our end. And through your negotiations, we were able to replace the entire sport court…..not just the damaged section…..in a timely manner. Great job! Thanks for making a bad situation into a win for us.

"I would definitely recommend Daleen Restoration to anyone. They did a great job of detecting a serious water issue we had as they were cleaning our carpets. Because they did a thorough job they saw a mold issue in our floor and wall. They immediately brought in all the proper equipment to remove the mold safely. They were very courteous and careful to make sure the mess was cleaned up in the end. We hope we don’t have to use them a lot but they will be our first call for any future needs."
